Banana cream
Preparation 10 minutes
- Whipping cream (280ml/10floz)
 - 3 ripe bananas
 - Caster sugar (2 heaped tbsp)
 - Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
 
- Whisk the cream until thick.
 - 2Peel the bananas and mash with the sugar, lemon rind, and juice.
 - Add the mashed banana mixture to the cream and stir together.
 - Chill before serving.
